Delete your Callune account
Callune is an app by the Callune developer for talking with AI characters. You can delete your account and its data at any time, without opening the app.
Option 1: in the app
Open Callune → Me → Delete account, then confirm.
Option 2: by email (no app needed)
Send an email from the Google account you sign in with to zeroeodum@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Callune account".
We confirm by email and finish within 30 days.
Before you delete
If you have a Callune Plus subscription, cancel it first in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Unused coins are lost when the account is deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account (Google account ID and email), age band, country and time zone
- Usage, energy, coin, purchase and picture-making records
- Reports, safety records and appeals
Conversations, memories and characters are stored only on your phone. Uninstall the app or clear its storage to delete them.
What we may keep
Nothing linked to you, except where the law requires us to keep purchase records for tax or accounting. Google Play keeps its own payment records under Google's policy.
